Yoga Fusion is a dynamic and diverse yoga course designed to offer students a holistic yoga experience by combining a variety of yoga styles and practices. This course is ideal for both beginners and more experienced practitioners who seek to deepen their practice and explore different aspects of yoga.
All classes can be taken in person in my studio in Frogner or online from any part of the world!
I strongly believe that we can all live a life in balance and harmony, filled with ease, with joy, with purpose – and we deserve this!

2 hs workshop Self care ayurvedic tips + Restorative Yoga - We rest in fully supported poses for 10-20 minutes, allowing ourselves to sink into our bodies and the mind to slow down + Yoga Nidra ( guided meditation technique to fully relax and enter a state in between wakefulness and sleep) * After the class there will be served a delicious raw and healthy vegan cake + tea.

What is the difference between yoga and yoga therapy?Yoga therapy is the specific application of the yogic tools to address an individual's physical, mental, and emotional needs. This means that Yoga Therapy adapts to the individual and therefore, no one is left behind or unable to practice. ​ Yoga therapists have in-depth training to keep their clients safe. ​ Yoga Therapy is trauma-sensitive and offers a compassionate and gentle doorway into easing emotional suffering and lack of agency. Yoga Therapy offers hope and the possibility of change as each client or student is guided in a unique way towards health. Tailored practices and using a whole person approach, means that everyone has the capacity to be guided towards the creation of health. ​ Yoga Therapy recognises the deep connection between mind, breath and body. It empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own health through their choices, encouraging allowance and self-care.

What can you expect during a Yoga therapy session?Having the possibility to talk about your physical, mental and spiritual needs Practicing movement combined with breathing with exercises according to your possibilities Working on deep relaxation and most of the times we will end the session with a guided meditation in a very confortable position You will receive on-going support and a personal follow up

Paulina is a certified yoga therapist and instructor with over 10 years of experience in teaching yoga and meditation. Her approach focuses on holistic well-being, integrating physical, mental, and spiritual practices to help students achieve a balanced and harmonious life.
